A plot with 2 edges facing the road, the area is awashed with sun through the entire day, resulting in immense cracks and compaction, best suited for the growth of hardy plants like okra. In addition, the space offers a huge challenge to the bold and brave to plan out layout and design to arrive at multiple microclimates to grow greens.Furthermore, we have taken advantage of the many gradients and slopes to build berms and trenches, which also now double up as compost manure pits.
Unbelievably, we discovered that a broken and spread out anthill coupled with paladanyam led to a bumper first cycle yield of greens. THus this area is a dedicated green plot with boundaries comprising of agathi, sunflower seeds, marigold spewed around, and castor oil plants to form a living boundary that can also provide a shady microclimate in the upcoming summer
